Your role:
  • As Area Sales Representative you will travel mainly in the territory (focus on South Florida) visiting architects, designers, developers, investors and facility managers to promote our products and solutions. Key industries are healthcare, senior living and hospitality

  • You will be responsible for handling projects from specification, through the bidding process to final sale

  • You will be working remotely and full-time

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop the territory by building a customer network and identifying potential construction projects

  • Maintain contact to customers and specifiers to guarantee highest levels of customer satisfaction, follow-up on specifications and quotes

  • Take part in trade shows and customer events

  • Conduct market and competition research

  • Travel in the territory, occasional travel to other regions in the U.S. as well as internationally

Your Qualifications:
  • With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you enjoy working independently and achieving your goals is one of your driving forces

  • You have organizational talent, strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience: Sales experience in the architectural building materials industry, experience in bath industry would be a plus

  • Education: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from college or university

  • Languages: English fluently, Spanish would be a plus

  • Knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
