Our Range 477/801 in matt has received the Universal Design Award "special mention". Because with the accessible classic and our sustainable commitment to carrying Universal Design across the board, HEWI was able to convince both the end user and the expert jury.
The Universal Design Award, which is presented by the Institute for Universal Design, only honours outstanding products that are future-oriented and can be used across generations.
FOCUS ON THE INDIVIDUAL NEEDS OF THE USER
The HEWI Range 477/801 is the answer to the complex requirements of accessible bathrooms. The products, from folding support rails to shower seats and washbasin accessories, are well thought out down to the smallest detail - they impress with their durable quality and hygienic design.
MOBILE FOLDING SUPPORT HANDLES OFFER FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS
The purist design of Series 477/801 combines high functionality with a unique depth of range. New in the range: mobile folding support handles. The innovative solutions offer reliable support and can be used flexibly.
When needed, the portable folding support rail is simply snapped into the permanently installed mounting plate. If the folding support rail is not needed, it can just as easily be removed and the mounting plate covered by a cover cap.
MATT SURFACE OFFERS DESIGN OPTIONS
For HEWI, good design also means offering options. Range 477/801 in the matt edition offers a design alternative. The matt edition gives the sanitary room in hospitals, retirement homes or nursing homes a homely design alternative.
